The Role
We're hiring a full time passionate Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our UK and European clients. You'll be the bridge between our innovative platform and our users, ensuring they leverage Ubeya's full potential.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 – 20:00 | Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support to customers, resolving complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success & Support and the product teams to troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and other technical problems.
- Offer guidance and best practices to customers for optimizing their use of the Ubeya platform.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Assist in training and mentoring Tier 1 support agents to enhance their knowledge and skills.
We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in SaaS or software environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and working with various operating systems and web browsers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
