We are looking for an experienced and motivated Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the expert on Ubeya’s product, ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our solutions. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues, provide education, and foster strong relationships, contributing to the overall success and retention of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Customer Success :
- Become a go-to expert on Ubeya’s product, understanding both the business and technical use cases while staying up to date with product updates and new features.
- Leverage your product knowledge to quickly identify, escalate, and resolve complex technical issues, providing top-notch support to our customers.
- Foster strong business relationships by proactively providing exceptional customer support and service.
- Lead training and educational sessions, including demos, webinars, and both virtual and in-person training, ensuring customers are well-equipped to use Ubeya’s products effectively.
- Collect, document, and share customer feedback and product suggestions with Ubeya’s Product and R&D teams to continuously improve the product.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders, showcasing success stories, best practices, and demonstrating the positive impact of Ubeya on customer outcomes.
- Take a proactive, commercial approach to identify upsell opportunities and expand customer relationships.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide insights and guidance on customer needs, offering valuable feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and continued use of Ubeya’s platform.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management in SaaS or related fields.
- Prior experience in HR tech or familiarity with solutions for large-scale environments, such as stadiums, is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical background with excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time at our Tel Aviv office, just a 5-minute walk from HaShalom train station.
