The Role
We are seeking a skilled Head of Marketing to join our growth-focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and executing our marketing strategy, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement for our Vertical SaaS product. You will leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and work on initiatives that scale our brand.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategy: Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention, with a strong emphasis on ABM tactics for high-value accounts.
- Demand generation: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content, SEO/SEM, webinars, paid advertising, etc.) to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Focus on ABM strategies to engage and convert targeted accounts.
- Team leadership: Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs to ensure success across all initiatives.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and effective campaign execution.
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance: Track marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously improve marketing campaigns for better ROI.
- Content strategy: Develop content strategies that position the company as an industry leader, providing valuable resources such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos, tailored to target verticals and accounts
- Brand development: Lead the evolution of our brand positioning, messaging, and creative to ensure a strong market presence and differentiation in the Vertical SaaS space.
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS company and expertise in Vertical SaaS.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and customer acquisition techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Hebrew (or relevant language depending on your market).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
