The Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the company, managing key administrative functions while providing direct support to the HR & executives.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors and facilities to maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to promote operational excellence and compliance.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, welfare and logistics as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new hires and ensure a seamless integration process and employee experience.
- Provide high-level support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, welfare, employee experience or operations management.
- Prior experience in supporting senior executives is a plus.
- Prior experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support the team
* The role is a full-time temporary role. After that time period, we hope to have an option for a permanent role.
