The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our HR team.
This is a key operational role at the heart of the company, combining office management, executive support for our founders (CEO & CTO), employee experience, and cross-company operational coordination.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, loves making things run smoothly, notices the small details, and genuinely enjoys helping people and improving processes.
You’ll be responsible for creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-functioning work environment while acting as a trusted right hand to the founders and supporting multiple teams across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Office Management & Operations
Own the day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient work environment.
Lead operational projects such as office relocation, workspace improvements, and office logistics.
Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities, maintenance, and ongoing operational needs.
Continuously improve office processes and operational workflows.
Maintain a high standard of office appearance, organization, and employee experience.
Work closely with Finance on operational processes, invoices, purchases, and vendor management.
Be the go-to person for employee requests, office needs, and operational problem-solving.
Executive Assistant Support
Provide close day-to-day support to the CEO & CTO.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
Coordinate travel arrangements, flights, accommodations, and logistics.
Help prioritize tasks, follow up on action items, and support ongoing operational needs.
Assist with presentations, documents, internal communication, and sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism.
Employee Experience & HR Support
Support employee welfare and company experience initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing company events, holidays, team activities, and special occasions.
Partner closely with HR on onboarding logistics and employee experience.
Help bring ideas to life — from planning to execution — with creativity and attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives.
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistant, Operations, or Employee Experience roles within a fast-paced startup environment.
Previous experience supporting senior executives or founders.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Strong attention to detail and high ownership mentality.
Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, operational tracking, and administrative processes.
Passionate about improving processes and creating operational efficiency.
A true team player who enjoys helping others and working cross-functionally.
Positive energy, creativity, and a “can-do” attitude.
