Operations & Executive Assistant (Temporary position)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will support the smooth operation of the company, managing key administrative functions while providing direct support to the executive team.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors and facilities to maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to promote operational excellence and compliance.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, welfare and logistics as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless integration process and employee experience.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide high-level support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or operations management.
- Prior experience in supporting senior executives is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support the team
* The role is a 9-month contract. After that time period, we hope to have an option for a full-time role.
