The Role
We are seeking a talented, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to join Ubeya's Marketing team. In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products in the workforce management and SaaS space, ensuring our solutions are positioned effectively for staffing agencies, large event venues, and enterprise customers worldwide. You will bridge Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the wider Marketing team to ensure Ubeya’s innovations reach and resonate with the right audiences.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features, releases, and product enhancements, driving growth and adoption within target audiences.
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for the temporary workforce sector.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify user needs, formulate marketing strategies, and influence product direction.
- Create engaging sales enablement materials, case studies, documentation, and training resources for our SaaS products.
- Own Ubeya’s competitive intelligence function, monitoring market trends and adapting messaging to stay ahead in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.
- Measure marketing impact using data analysis, customer insights, and KPIs, iterating on campaigns to maximise performance and awareness.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive lead generation, launch campaigns, and consistently communicate Ubeya’s differentiators in the temporary workforce software landscape.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing within SaaS, B2B, HR tech, or workforce management industries.
- Demonstrated ability to craft innovative market positioning and go-to-market strategies for software solutions.
- Proficiency in conducting customer and competitive research; skilled at translating insights into actionable messaging.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew - a plus.
- Proactive, organised, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
