The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. As part of our R&D efforts, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our core, module-based and feature rich solution and will have substantial impact on our product experience and the business.

What You’ll Do

• Design, plan, and build end-to-end features- from concept through production and post-deployment

• Take full ownership of features, working closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Develop scalable, high-quality code that is used daily by hundreds of thousands of users

• Review, optimize, and improve teammates’ code, contributing to high engineering standards

• Challenge existing processes, suggest improvements, and bring new ideas into the team

• Have a direct impact on the product, its architecture, and its future direction

• Be part of an organic engineering team developing both in-house and with external partners

• A seasoned software engineer with 5+ years of hands-on server-side development experience (Node.js, Python)

• 3+ years of front-end development experience, with React as a strong advantage

• Experienced in building large-scale, user-facing web products

• Familiar with cloud-native environments; AWS and Kubernetes are a strong advantage

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• A problem-solver with a strong “can-do” mindset and sense of ownership

• Uses AI tools on a daily basis as part of core full-stack development workflows, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
