The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager Lead to drive strategy, structure, and execution across Ubeya’s product organization. You will own core product areas, define processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure that product work translates into measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do?

• Own and drive the product strategy and quarterly roadmap across product verticals (Core Platform, Native Apps, Apps & Integrations).

• Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery, staying hands-on in requirements, UX exploration, and solution validation.

• Build and maintain product processes across development and sales to ensure clarity, alignment, and efficiency.

• Mentor and support Product Managers, providing guidance, reviewing specifications, and ensuring product quality, alignment, and continuous improvement.

• Define and manage project KPIs, task planning, delegation, timelines, and outcome measurement.

• Conduct customer interviews, discovery sessions, and usability validation to guide decision-making.

• Collaborate with design to deliver strong UX, ensuring intuitive flows and consistent user experiences.

• Use data tools (BI, Amplitude, events, feature flags) to monitor adoption, analyze behavior, and optimize performance.

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.

Who You Are

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, including leading product areas or teams in SaaS or HRtech environments.

• Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products and driving impactful product strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and research into actionable decisions.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.

• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with clarity and focus.

• Proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms, or similar.

• Advantage: Experience in defining or delivering AI/ML-powered features or products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
