About the role
Ubeya is a fast-growing SaaS company, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and work directly under the Head of HR.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys ownership, fast-paced environments, and building hiring processes that actually work.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple teams, from role definition through offer stage.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on priorities, timelines, and hiring needs.
Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels and creative approaches, including: LinkedIn, Professional networking, WhatsApp and Facebook communities, Direct outreach and referrals.
Build, manage, and optimize recruitment pipelines while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Actively conduct market research and benchmarking to support hiring decisions, including role structure, seniority levels, and market competitiveness.
Advise on and refine job descriptions based on real-time market insights.
Work with external recruitment and sourcing partners when relevant.
Use and help implement AI-based recruitment tools to improve .sourcing, screening, and process efficiency.
Identify quick wins in hiring processes and continuously improve recruitment workflows.
Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
What we’re looking for
2-4 years of experience in recruitment within a startup or high-growth & scaling environment.
Hands-on experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end.
Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to independently build talent pipelines.
Experience recruiting internationally (Europe / US) – an advantage.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
High level of organization and ability to work under prussure and shifting priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, professional relationships.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Team player who enjoys collaboration and long-term growth.
Experience recruiting for HR Tech companies.
