The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Strategic Relationship Manager based in the UK to join our Global CS team. Unlike a traditional Customer Success role, this position is designed for a high-level orchestrator who excels at building deep, lasting partnerships with C-suite executives while maintaining the technical agility to dive deep into our platform with hands-on stakeholders. Crucially, for our most significant UK accounts, you will also serve as the dedicated Customer Success lead, taking full ownership of their strategic success and operational satisfaction.
You will be the face of Ubeya for our most significant UK accounts, acting as the bridge between high-level business transformation and operational execution. Your mission is to mitigate complex client challenges, drive strategic market growth, and ensure Ubeya is ingrained in the DNA of the UK’s leading workforces.
What You'll Do
Advisory & Relationship Orchestration: Build and nurture high-level relationships with CEOs, COOs, and HR Directors. You aren’t just a point of contact; you are a strategic peer who understands their business drivers and ensures Ubeya remains central to their long-term vision.
Hands-on Technical Leadership: While you lead strategic conversations, you aren't afraid to get "under the hood." You will maintain a high level of platform mastery to provide immediate, hands-on guidance and ensure the product is configured to solve specific, complex operational hurdles with additional stakeholders
Strategic Market Expansion: Actively drive the growth of the UK market. You will identify untapped opportunities within the local landscape and expand Ubeya’s footprint through sophisticated account growth strategies and high-value upsells.
Conflict Resolution & Challenge Mitigation: Serve as the primary escalation point, adeptly navigating "sticky" situations and turning client challenges into opportunities for deeper partnership through proactive problem-solving.
Executive Value Delivery: Lead high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that move beyond metrics to focus on ROI, business transformation, and future-proofing the client’s workforce strategy.
Cross-Functional Advocacy: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to voice the needs of the UK Enterprise market, ensuring our roadmap aligns with the sophisticated requirements of your C-level stakeholders. This is a core responsibility as their CSM (Customer Success Manager).
What We’re Looking For
Senior Relationship Expertise: 6+ years in Relationship Management, Senior Customer Success or Strategic Account Management, specifically managing UK Enterprise clients with a proven track record of driving value, securing renewals and driving expansion revenue.
Commanding Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the "gravitas" required to influence C-level decision-makers. You can translate complex technical workflows into business outcomes that resonate with the boardroom.
The "Player-Coach" Mentality: You possess the rare ability to switch from a high-level strategic discussion to a hands-on platform walkthrough without missing a beat.
Market Growth Mindset: A proactive, commercially-minded individual who deeply understands the UK HR tech landscape, with proven experience navigating its local market nuances and driving growth.
Adaptability & Tenacity: Exceptional adaptability and tenacity are required, demonstrating the ability to move quickly and decisively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings, while possessing the perseverance to overcome obstacles and achieve ambitious goals. Must have experience in high-growth SaaS environments, successfully navigating change and ambiguity, and wearing multiple hats to ensure client success.
