About the Role
As we continue to scale our footprint and deepen our presence across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), we are looking for a high-impact, multi-talented Regional Customer Success & Growth Specialist to act as our local operational and commercial anchor.
This is not a traditional CS role. In this dynamic position, you will wear multiple hats: from guiding local clients through seamless technical implementation and onboarding, to building long-term executive relationships, driving account retention, and proactively identifying new expansion opportunities in the market.
You will serve as the crucial cultural and business bridge between our product team and our DACH clients- bringing a deep understanding of local market needs, business etiquette, and operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation & Onboarding: Lead new DACH clients from post-sale kick-off to active daily platform adoption. Assist with platform configuration, data imports, and workflows tailored to local HR and labor practices.
Strategic Customer Success & Account Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and regional decision-makers. Conduct regular account reviews, ensure high satisfaction (CSAT), and optimize platform utilization.
Cultural & Operational Bridge: Act as the voice of the DACH market internally. Translate local client feedback, cultural nuances, and specific operational requirements into actionable insights for our product and leadership teams.
Market Growth & Opportunity Identification: Work closely with our Business Development team to identify upsell, cross-sell, and new footprint opportunities within the region. Act as an agile, business-savvy presence in the DACH territory.
Support & Enablement: Provide localized, native-level training sessions and technical guidance to help client teams realize immediate value.
What We’re Looking For
Languages: Native/Fluent German (essential) and full professional proficiency in English.
Experience: 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (Implementation, Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting). Experience in Workforce Management, HR Tech, or Staffing/Events industries is a major plus.
Hands-on & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A "doer" who thrives in agile environments, isn't afraid to step outside formal job definitions, and takes full ownership of client outcomes.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with software setups, data imports (CSV), basic API concepts, and system integrations (CRM/HRIS).
Cultural Nuance: Deep familiarity with business practices and client expectations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Our Secret Ingredient ?
Customer-Centric: We evolve rapidly to meet clients’ needs, ensuring they always have the latest tools for success.
Innovative & Excellent: Innovation drives us. We push boundaries to reimagine staffing and workforce management.
Empowered & Collaborative: Ubeya connects businesses, workers, and staffing firms for seamless teamwork and growth.
